MIKE LUEBBERT

" If anyone hasn't told you today, I love you and God loves you "

NOTES FROM THE MEETING:

Pat P. (397-3924) and Joe K. (476-3017) are the new GSR and Alt GSR ' s respectively for St Henry ' s Book Club Group.

Webmaster (Rick H. - 277-8459): The guidelines for the website are final. A discussion after the meeting brought a possible solution that meets the current guidelines of District 14 (as handed out at the meeting) and preserves the anonymity of all. Rick H. can do the technical wizardry to make it happen. Rick H. has been made a member of the Website Committee. It makes sense and he has done a fantastic job in his duties as a Webmaster. Final changes to the website will made during the month of January 2004.

Answering Service (Maggie E. - 398-7012): Maggie has been appointed to fill this position. She is still working to procure all the papers/literature from Tim R.

PI (Chuck G. - 337-5327): Dist 14 donated copious amounts of literature to the Salvation Army Harbor Lights in St Louis. The head chaplain there made the request and Chuck made a "command decision" to do the donation. This was the first time that Harbor Lights had received AA literature. The response from the people was overwhelming. Dist 14 received a very nice letter of thanks.

Grapevine ((click here).- 277-9730): Many items are now being put on CD-ROM by GSO. A set of two books containing the Big Book, 4 th Ed. and all the stories from the 1 st three Big Books has been published. Very nice.

The 2003 Alkathon went quite well. A Thank You card will be sent to St Elizabeth's by the Dist 14 Secretary - Paula E. expressing the Districts appreciation.

The 2004 Alkathon is tentatively going to be held at Cathedral Grade School again. Funds have been approved for reserving the site.

District 14 Website Address is: http://www.aadistrict14.org There is also a website out there that has designhostpro in it. This is the old address. Rick has put a redirect on the old site so the individual will automatically be redirected to the correct site.
