The Tuesday Men Only Meeting at the 623 Group has moved downstairs and the beginning time is now 6:30 pm. 

The Monday 8 pm Meeting at the OFTG is now a Joe & Charlie meeting. 

The East St Louis Groups would like to ask that special prayers go out to Ms Phelia on her continued recovery and that she continues to forever take it “One day at a time”. 

The Sparta 212 Club will be the site for Anon-A-Thon 2004. This will run from 24 Dec 2004 to 2 Jan 2005. The hours will be noon to 10 pm each day. 

Chris S. (345-3447) is the Alt GSR for the Collinsville Lounge Group. 

Greg B. (746-2618) is the new Alt GSR for the Shiloh Coffee Pot Group. 

Corrections (Doug T. – 337-8451): Everything continues to move along. A speaker was approved to go inside SWICC and everything went well. Another speaker is scheduled. The speakers have been very well received. Doug requested more literature for use at SWICC and this was approved and is on order. 

Website (Rick H. – 277-8549): Rick is in the process of posting the new Where & When. He has had to build a new computer as his crashed and burned. All posting and updating must be completed NLT 12 Dec 2004. This is a hard-wired deadline.  

PI/LIT (Chuck G. – 337-5327): Chuck apologized for being absent for so long, but life happened to him. He has requested another order of literature as almost all the racks the district maintains are running low once again.  

CPC (Chester P. – 239-9391): More letters are being sent. In the recovery period from the upcoming shoulder surgery, he promises to begin intensive work on the mailings. 

Answering Svc (James H. – 271-8037): The answering svc folks have provided some info to James. About 30-40 calls per month is the average. The district is getting its monies worth in this area. 

Corned Beef & Cabbage in 2005: The CB&C will be held on 19 Mar 2005. This is now etched in stone. Richard B. is the chairman. Johnnie S. will again be doing the cooking. Gene E. & Greg B. will be procuring the food except for the Horseradish, which Don F. will arrange to procure.  

Alkathon 2005: Steve (Hobble) H. has the smoking tent nailed down. This will all be arranged. Donations will hopefully offset the cost of the tent. The New Year’s Eve DJ expenses will be paid for by the district. The groups have selected which days they will sponsor:

There will be a potluck and speaker at the Sparta 212 Club on 28 Nov 2004. The eating will begin at 1 pm and the speaker will commence at 2 pm. Ed S. will be the speaker.
