District 14 met on 14 Apr 2019 at the 623 Club & hosted by the 623 Group in Belleville IL. There were 19 attendees. After a spirited debate, the Trusted Servants voted to not have a meeting in May 2019. Therefore, the 9 June 2019 meeting will be held at the 623 Club & hosted by Dr Bobs Group. As always, the meeting starts at 1 p.m. Hope to see you there.

As we promised, we will publish in each issue of the BN a list of the groups/people donating to the District. Here are the 7th Tradition donations received from 10 Mar 2019 to the present.

7th Tradition Donations to the District:

How It Works Group – $120

G.O.D. Group of Sparta – $40

Thirsty Thursday Group – $40

Busted Ego Group – $250

NOTES FROM THE MEETING:

Dist 14 has a post office box & the address will be printed on the cover page of the Where & When for 2019. The address is: District 14, P.O. Box 23794, Belleville IL 62223

Donations to District 14 can be mailed to the above address. If sending a check, please make it out to: District 14 AA

The district is still pursuing acquiring tax-exempt status as a not-for-profit entity. There is more than one category of this & some research will be conducted before a recommendation is made to the Trusted Servants for action. This would preclude the paying of sales tax and some reports would have to be provided. Research is ongoing as of 14 Apr 2019.
