Southern Illinois Serenity Campout

Join us for our fall campout! This is a great opportunity to camp with the fellowship. Get to know new friends, spend time at the lake, sit around a campfire. RV’s and Tents welcome. Sites are available on a first come first serve basis, electricity provided at each site. Multiple tents may be set up on each site.

Volunteers needed to help run the camp store, chair meetings, and assist with meal times. Please bring items to donate for the raffle and bingo prizes if able.

Rules:

• No parking in the grass at any time.
• No pets at meetings. Owners are responsible for pet behavior.
• Parents/Guardians must not leave minors unattended.

Rend Lake – North Sandusky Campground, Shagbark Group Area – 8420 Loon Ln, Sesser, IL 62884

Cost:

$20 per adult – Paid at camp store (main tent) Cash only.

Wednesday:

• Gates open at 4pm. Setup camp, relax.

Thursday:

• No planned activities. Enjoy the day!

Friday:

• 7pm – Potluck and Meet & Greet. Campfire meeting to follow.
• 10pm – Bingo
• 12am – Young People’s Campfire Meeting

Saturday:

• 9am – Early Bird Meeting
• 6pm – Raffle and Speaker Meeting at Campfire (Al-Anon & AA)
• 12am – Young People’s Campfire Meeting

Sunday:

• 9am – Spirituality Meeting
• 10am – Group Conscious (planning for next year)
• 2pm – Gates Close
