DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the spirit of the season and embark on a journey of recovery at the 2024 Alkathon\, a haven for those seeking support and fellowship during the festive season. Running from Christmas Eve to New Year’s Day\, our Alkathon provides a warm space for individuals in recovery to come together and share the strength\, hope\, and joy that comes with sobriety. \nDuring this week of continuous support\, individuals can attend meetings daily at 8:30am\, 12pm\, 4pm\, and 7pm. Prior to each meeting\, local AA groups generously provide breakfast at 8am\, lunch at 11am\, and dinner at 6pm. Additionally\, each evening features an inspiring speaker following the dinner\, creating an enriching experience for all. \nEach meeting is facilitated by experienced individuals in recovery who understand the unique challenges of the holiday season. In addition to the structured meetings\, our Alkathon offers informal opportunities for socializing and building connections. Whether you’re a newcomer or a seasoned participant\, you’ll find a supportive community ready to embrace you with open arms.
